These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the American App Hub platform, including the website(s), mobile application(s), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

- users of the mobile application(s)
- users who download apps
- developers who publish apps
If you do not agree to these Terms, the Service must not be used.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users located in the United States.
Use of the Service is permitted only if:
- you are a legal resident of the United States or its territories
- you are at least 13 years old
- you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
Additional restrictions may apply in certain jurisdictions.
Additional restrictions may also apply to certain aspects of the Service, including app installs.
2. Accounts
Some features may require an account and/or login credentials.
Users and developers agree that:
- account information will be accurate and up to date
- login credentials will be kept secure
- accounts will not be shared or transferred
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated.
3. Use of the Service
The Service allows users to upload, discover, download, and update Android applications.
Use of the Service must comply with all applicable laws.
The following activities are not allowed:
- attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service
- accessing systems without authorization
- using automated systems to scrape or copy data
- distributing malicious software
- conducting illegal activities
4. Applications and Developer Content
Applications available through the Service are provided by independent developers.
Developers are responsible for:
- the content of their listings
- the functionality of their apps
- compliance with laws
- compliance with the Service's policies
The Service does not guarantee the safety, quality, or reliability of third-party applications.
Users install applications at their own discretion.
5. Developer-Specific Agreement
Developers who publish apps through the Service agree to the following terms.
Developer Responsibilities
Developers must ensure that their applications:
- comply with the Service's Content Policy
- do not contain malware or harmful code
- respect user privacy
- comply with intellectual property laws
Developers must ensure that their listings:
- contain all information that is legally required to be disclosed
- comply with the Service's Content Policy
- do not contain misleading or inaccurate information
- comply with intellectual property laws
App Signing and Ownership
Developers are responsible for maintaining control of the signing keys used for their apps.
Developers represent that:
- they are the legitimate owner of the app package name
- the app does not impersonate another product or developer
- the app is signed with a valid developer-controlled signing key
- the app is (or will be) registered with Android Developer Verification on or before September 1, 2026
Apps may be removed if ownership disputes arise.
Updates
Developers are responsible for maintaining and updating their apps.
The Service may remove apps that are abandoned, insecure, or incompatible with modern devices.
Enforcement
The Service reserves the right to:
- reject app submissions
- remove apps and listings
- suspend developer accounts
Enforcement decisions may be made at the sole discretion of the Service.
6. Payments and Transactions
The Service does not process payments of any kind. Some applications may offer paid content or subscriptions.
These transactions may be processed by:
- the developer
- third-party payment processors
The Service is not responsible for billing disputes because no transactions are processed by the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Service, including the website, software, and branding, are owned by the platform operator.
Developers retain ownership of their applications.
By publishing apps through the Service, developers grant the platform a license to:
- host the app
- distribute the app
- display app listings and parsed app information
This license continues for as long as the app is available through the Service.
8. Privacy
Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Service may collect and/or share personal information. The Service may also require age verification using a valid government-issued id.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is handled.
Individual applications operate under their own privacy policies.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
The platform may:
- modify the Service
- suspend features
- discontinue the Service
No guarantee is made regarding uptime or availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for:
- damages resulting from the use of third-party apps
- data loss or device damage
- indirect or consequential damages
Users install apps at their own risk.
11. Termination
Accounts may be terminated if:
- these Terms are violated
- fraudulent or abusive behavior occurs
- the Service is misused
Developers whose accounts are terminated may lose access to publishing tools and app listings.
12. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
